He had a diverse background spanning technical expertise, corporate liaison, procurement, and entrepreneurship. With roots in precision manufacturing at DMS Manufacturing Sdn Bhd., Precision Tooling Department (3 years) and technical procurement at UniKL Malaysian Spanish Institute (7 years), he cultivated a strong foundation in technical know-how and supply chain management.
Transitioning into a multifaceted career, he became actively involved in several Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) while concurrently serving as a corporate liaison officer. This role involved engaging with federal and state governments, leveraging his strategic acumen to facilitate seamless interactions between public entities and private organizations.
Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and a keen eye for opportunity, he ventured into the realm of business ownership in 2010. His venture specializes in hospitality management services, with a particular focus on facility management for both government and private sectors as a CEO via a few different flagships; Pinang Capital Sdn Bhd (PCSB), Pinang Dagangan Sdn Bhd (PDSB) & SMANDCO Group Sdn Bhd. He was also the CEO of Tanjong Makmur Mining Sdn Bhd a mining operator in Pahang to accommodate the supply of sand for the ECRL project. Through this endeavor, he has honed his skills in operational management, customer relations, and strategic business development, establishing a track record of success in delivering high-quality services tailored to diverse client needs.

A results-driven professional with a background in Logistic Management from UCSI University, complemented by extensive managerial experience in project mobilization and operation management within the F&B industry and cleaning services sector. As an alumnus of UCSI University, he has acquired a strong foundation in logistics principles and practices, which has been instrumental in his career progression.
Throughout his career, he has held various managerial roles, where he has successfully led project mobilization and operational management efforts for cleaning services projects across diverse sectors, including government and private entities. Notably, as the right-hand man of the CEO, he has had the privilege of overseeing projects totaling more than 100 million in value, spanning educational, industrial, and commercial sectors as a General Manager under previous different flagships; Pinang Capital Sdn Bhd (PCSB) and Pinang Dagangan Sdn Bhd (PDSB), as well as his current position as COO for SMANDCO Group Sdn Bhd.
MOHAMAD FARIL IDZUAN MY

An alumnus of University Malaya majoring in Information Technology after successfully pursuing an American Degree Program in Management/Computer Information System under MARA scholarship bounded for Western Michigan University. He is also an alumnus of Royal Military College (Old Putera Association – OPA) of which he had been trained in the importance of discipline and camaraderie.
Experienced in data analysis during his five-year tenure at Boustead Sissons Paints with his last position as Head of the Electronic Data Processing Department which he managed to experience a pivotal role in a successful system migration initiative and a thorough standard operating procedure of the organization, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations before furthering his expertise into multinational Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization, Vsource Asia Berhad as technical business analyst leveraging expertise in data analysis and information technology to optimize supply chain processes and drive operational efficiency for the client; Network Appliance Inc. He also had a few years of managerial experience venturing in government procurement and being well-mentored into corporate deals at the same time, which was a valuable experience that derive from his passion for corporate strategic planning and its way-about.
He is currently serving as a consultant for the Malaysian Agriculture Research & Development Institute (MARDI) engaging with its commercial business unit and Project Director (Strategic Planning & Business Development) for Consolidated Fertiliser Corporation Sdn Bhd.
MOHD HAZEM ABDUL RAHMAN

Management — Business Management / Banking / Finance (1993-1995). he is blessed with the experience of financial advisory to assist companies in raising funds both via debt-equity/hybrids. His years in investment research exposed him to the fundamentals of valuation, knowing how and why companies succeed or fail and the nature and dynamics of changes on any particular industry or sector, which is critical for any organization in making calculated investment decisions.
He was a former MD & CEO of a Government Owned Company which has operations in power generation and real estate development (2 years). He was also a former MD in Sime Darby Motor Division heading Malaysia’s sole distribution of Ford, Land Rover, and Alfa Romeo. while managing the Malaysia’s Hertz rent-a-car operations (4 years). Prior to both top management positions, he was also the Group Head of Value Management / Investor Relations within Group Strategy of Sime Darby Berhad (2 years). Amongst others, he also had experience as Equity Research Analyst in CLSA & Deutsche Bank (7 years) and Infrastructure Project Financing Advisor with AMMB, now known as Amlnvestment Bank (3 years).
The years spent as a young leader allows him to uncover the intricacies of leading a team to ensure consistent outperformance of targets/budgets set by shareholders.
